Hi beautiful! I’m Noreen, the founder of Nokel Lash Lab and Nokel Cosmetics — two brands created from my passion for enhancing beauty while empowering my community.
I started Nokel Lash Lab with one mission in mind:
to make luxury lash services affordable, accessible, and welcoming for EVERY woman — especially those in under-resourced communities.
As a new lash artist, I understand what it feels like to want to look good without breaking the bank. That’s why I chose to price my services with intention — so every client can enjoy the confidence and self-love that comes from waking up flawless.

My journey didn’t start with lashes… it started with cosmetics.
Before opening Nokel Lash Lab, I created Nokel Cosmetics, a beauty brand dedicated to offering high-quality, cruelty-free lip products at prices real women can afford. Our products are made to celebrate all shades of beauty — with bold pigments, hydrating formulas, and confidence in every tube.
